You can cancel or unsubscribe from the service in your My Account section, if you look at the image below in the ACTIVE SUBSCRIPTION section, there is a CANCEL button. 


If you click this you will be able to cancel the pass yourself, this will give a cancel date and you will still have access to the service until this cancels off your account. 


You may not be able to do this via the app, so please log onto a browser to do this.


  • By submitting your order, you have opted to receive your pass benefits immediately and waived your right to cancel.
  • You will not, therefore, be entitled to cancel the contract or have any fourteen (14) day ‘cooling off’ period in law, nor receive a refund of the Fee. This does not affect any other rights you may have at law, including where we are at fault. 
  • You may cancel your pass for the services by logging in and going to the “My Account” page and clicking on the “Cancel” button. 
  • You may cancel your pass to the services at any time prior to the expiry of your pass period, but you will continue to have access to the services for the duration of your pass period. 
  • We do not refund any pass fees paid in case of your cancellation or cancellations that take place after the fourteen-day cooling-off period
